Exhibition & Set Build

Design is the cornerstone of any great event. From the invitation to the stage set, the design must be consistent and coherent.

‘SetWorks’ is our exhibition and set design and build facility where all the themed stage settings, theatrical backdrops and exhibition stands are created from our designer’s drawings.

Design & Large Format Print

Based at our Bristol Headquarters, the in-house graphic design team is on hand to create everything from promotional material to exhibition display artwork.

In addition they can also work with any presentation to create a design around any theme that you/we can think of and carry it through the video production and stage design so that your whole event maintains the exact look and feel you desire.

Video Production

The Studio is the creative hub of Sounds Commercial. From pre-event graphic design, post-event DVD creation to stand alone video production, our studio team will work closely with you to exceed your expectations.

AV Equipment Hire

 We boast one of the most experienced AV Hire Equipment Services available in the UK.

Our Hire Department’s are based across five regional UK Centres and are always contactable. We have consistently won many awards from the Hotels Association, including Hotel Supplier of the Year from 2006 to 2009, providing 24 hour-a-day stress free assistance and are never more than a phone call away.

AV & IT Partnerships

 Our On-Property AV Support Services can be individually designed for each venue, dependant on requirement.

Being based at the venue each day, our knowledge of what can be achieved within the space is invaluable to clients. Consequently we can manage and provide equipment solutions for any event or presentation which may be taking place. Our On-Property technicians are on hand to meet the clients prior to booking the event and also on to meet the client on the day of the event itself.
